We accept euros, U.S. dollars, or Moroccan dirhams (depending on the exchange rate) via credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

All reservations must be accompanied by a 30% deposit, provided via credit card information, to be considered confirmed.

This will be guaranteed until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Unless you reconfirm on the same day, and in the event of a late arrival, your deposit will be cashed or the first night’s charge will be applied to your credit card.

Providing us with your credit card information to guarantee your reservation is considered approval of the authorization to charge your account and cannot be disputed at a later date. In the event of a credit card failure or incorrect information that results in the payment being invalid, we will consider your reservation canceled and reserve the right to reallocate the room.

Rooms are available starting at 2:00 p.m. and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure.

Any changes to a reservation can be made at no charge. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the rooms.

If the requested modification cannot be accommodated, you will be required to keep the original reservation or comply with the cancellation policy.

In the event of an early departure, the remaining nights of your reservation will be charged in full.

Up to 14 days before the arrival date: free of charge.

After this period, the deposit will be retained, or the first night’s stay will be charged to your credit card.

No reason for cancellation will be accepted for any reservation made less than 48 hours before the arrival date.

Yes, children are welcome at our riad; they can stay in their parents’ room.

The tourist tax in Morocco is €2.50 per day per person. This is not included in the room rate.
